School of Radiologic Technology
UHC offers a certificate program in Radiologic Technology for individuals interested in pursuing training in this field.
The training period is 24 months and begins in June of each year. In addition to formal classes and laboratory practice, clinical experience in Radiologic Technology is provided under the guidance of the clinical instructor and diagnostic imaging staff technologists, all of whom are ARRT certified.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography
United Hospital Center offers a certificate program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography for individuals who are interested in pursuing training in this field. This program is designed as an advanced discipline of study for graduates of an accredited educational program in Radiologic Technology. UHC's Diagnostic Medical Sonography program incorporates clinical and didactic experiences to prepare individuals for professional practice in general medical and vascular sonography. Family Medicine Residency
Family Medicine, the only residency at UHC, was founded in 1974 and has continued to be an integral part of our community. This fully accredited 3- year program has graduated more than 100 physicians; half of those have remained in the state, many in the Harrison County area.
The Family Medicine Residency also coordinates medical student rotations.
