Information:
he new hospital project will be financed primarily by the issuance of approximately $233 million of tax exempt bonds. The issued bonds will be insured and will include a combination of fixed rate and variable rate issues maturing in various amounts and periods up to 35 years. In addition to the above financing, UHC will also contribute approximately $45 million of
accumulated reserves that have been restricted for capital improvements.
