Jobs:
Construction phase – Ranging from 50 to more than 600 workers on site when construction is at its peak. UHC has signed a Project Labor Agreement with the North Central West Virginia Building and Construction Trades Council to supply craftsmen for the project.

Financing Information:
he new hospital project will be financed primarily by the issuance of approximately $233 million of tax exempt bonds. The issued bonds will be insured and will include a combination of fixed rate and variable rate issues maturing in various amounts and periods up to 35 years. In addition to the above financing, UHC will also contribute approximately $45 million of accumulated reserves that have been restricted for capital improvements.
