Associate Recognition Program

If you would like to recognize a UHC associate for "going above and beyond" the following programs are available:

Associate of the Quarter/Bi-Annual Program

Reward, Recognition and Reinforcement (RRR) Program

You may obtain more information on these programs and/or forms to nominate an associate from the Human Resources Department located on the first floor of UHC, or by calling (681) 342-1650. Additionally, a letter from you recognizing an Associate may be used in place of the form.
